1. All information is given and Products are supplied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Romanian Gerovital (herein referred to as RG). The end-user/importer is herein referred to as the Buyer.
2. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of all Products and services supplied by RG. The Buyer affirms that they will use the Products only under the guidance of their physician.
3. The Buyer affirms that they are of legal age and capacity in their country to agree to these RG Terms and Conditions.
4. RG does not offer medical advice: all information is supplied on an educational basis and should not be construed as being intended to replace the guidance of a physician. All translations are offered on a best-effort basis. Opinions stated are not necessarily those of RG.
5. Delivery time. Ordinarily, delivery takes 3-6 days for delivery to addresses in Europe, 7-14 days to the USA and other parts of the world. However the Buyer must allow RG up to 5 weeks for processing and shipping the order after the date when we receive payment. In the case that your order is detained by your local customs or other official body, the shipping time cannot be determined. Carrier services are NOT recommended for shipment and will not be allowed. For security reasons RG may ship orders in separate parts with a timelag of 2-7 days between parts. Please allow for this before raising a query with us.
6. The Buyer is wholly responsible for ensuring that their national import regulations are met. The Buyer, not RG, is wholly responsible for any customs problems that may occur in the case that the import of a Product is prohibited by national law. RG will not be held responsible for loss of any Products or detention of RG Products due to actions of national authorities or any other officials of your country.
7. RG will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail. In all cases the Buyer must allow a full 5 weeks for delivery after the date of shipping. In the event of loss of the order the products may be reshipped if the reason for loss was beyond our control. However, the refunds will be given after we research the situation.
8. If RG shipped the wrong Products, or if Products arrive damaged, the Buyer must contact RG before undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed upon, RG will reship the Products a second and final time. In the event of Products being detained by a foreign customs authority the loss rests with the Buyer. If the Products are returned by customs, then, when the Products are received by RG, they may be reshipped.
9. Orders may not be modified or changed, nor will refunds be given, after payment has been processed and order shipped.
10. RG reserves the right to refuse orders of Products.
11. RG will only supply Products under these Terms and Conditions, which are non-negotiable. RG Terms and Conditions are subject to modification. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
